Playing with the aperture

Did you know that when you download your pics to Picasa they have the photo details with each pic?  Very cool for when I am trying to figure out what the difference is in aperture settings.

Used 50mm 1:1.8 lens.

P52 Week 3

I am participating weekly in Sweet Shot Tuesdays P52 photography project at life with my 3 boybarians.

I am a newbie in photography as well.

Here is my week 3 post.
Working on some Valentine crafts for pretties on my table or mantle.

P52 Week 2

I have not been good this week with the camera.  Weather has been rainy and I haven't been out looking for some good photo opportunities.

Went looking around the house and came up with this.

I use Picasa and trying to figure out how to do a pretty watermark.
I have Photoshop but not quite that advanced yet.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
