And a cast put on his right hand - Yuck
I have been in and out of Dr's offices all week.
Now to all you DIY moms got any ideas on how to cover the hand so that he can take a shower?
Since it's his right hand (dominant hand) and the 4th and 5th fingers are all casted as well he can't write, type or much of anything. I don't know how he is going to deal with school. I had to do his homework (writing part) for him tonight. This is all due to a broken knuckle that we didn't think was broken :(
Any good advice appreciated.
My middle son broke both arms at once when he was about 9, he wasn't able to take showers at all. I had to wrap them in trash bags and he'd take baths. Until they invent waterproof casts trash bag is really all I can suggest!
